Everyday I come on here just to be shocked by the absolutely absurd beliefs people have. For example:

The world is going to end and Jesus is going to bring his fan club up into the clouds.

There are really demons that make people do bad things.

Everything in the bible is completely true, no matter how absurd it might be. (Talking donkeys included.)

Science is satanic because it doesn't follow the creation myths.
Anyone who disagrees is going to burn in hell.

It's just shocking that people can really believe these things.
I know this isn't a strictly American psychosis and that there are different versions of it all around the world. However, it's amazing to me that people who live in an advanced technological society with so much access to scientific knowledge could have the same superstitions as people who lived during the Bronze Age.

Are there any countries where this doesn't happen? How soon can I become a citizen?

Married men and women please?

I was wondering what you do when you get into arguments? How do you resolve problems with each other? How do you stay calm during arguments? How do you get your point across to your partner without sounding rude or judgemental? I have been having problems with my husband, they are not huge issues, but we have a hard time communicating. We will go to councelling but would like that to be a last resort, or at least try some things before. How do you communicate in a positive way with your partner?

Will i be able to pass a drug test if i have been clean for 20 days?

my test is in 3 horus i quit smoking pot 20 days ago i dont have much body fat and i jog/work out a lot. i smoked for like mayb 1 year off and on low grade swag if that helps..t minus 2 hours 58 mins what do i need to do lol

Isn't it about time a movement was started to ban UK Muslims from flying until they get their house in order?

I mean the plot that was foiled today would have triggered world War III for sure. Until Muslims defeat the extremists in their ranks they don't deserve the privilege of world travel from this country.

i just got bak from the dentist from getting my cavities filled and from the numming stuff they gave me my chin and right cheek and bottom lip is all numb and i would lik to know how you get it back to normal sooner

Bad Knee....?

Ok I have a really bad knee!I busted it playing hockey first (you will laugh)I fell into the bench and twisted it and second I got hit in the same knee with the puck. And I was hoping some one knew a good exercise i could do to help my knee...and dont say go to the docter cuz I have and she said that it was nothing and it would go away

Why conservatives not have sense of humor?

Why they so angry all time? They just like monkeys. Scratchy, scratchy monkeys. Just like boss George Bush. He maybe one that make them so angry. Maybe they angry because of bad choices they make. Try to smile. If you can't smile then cut out picture of smile from magazine and paste over your mean conservative face.
