I used to know a man that had that. For a long time he wore a hairpiece and it was on the side of his head. You couldn't tell he had it. Finally, he got tired of the hairpiece and shaved his head. He looked good!

If there is a medical cause and the follicles are still alive, there may be some treatments a doctor can prescribe. For most men, male pattern baldness is quite normal, and not something you can change. Obviously you can wear a hair piece or have hair restoration, but these are expensive options. For the majority of men, a buzz cut (1 or even 0) gives a tidy and appealing look, and makes the condition less obvious.

alopecha is a decease that is brought on by unknown reasons...most likely it is a dietary inefficiency brought on by a weakened immune system, which is a cause of much alcohol consumption, which is why most people get it in college, there is no known cure, but there are hair analysis's that tell you vitamin defiance's, and there are creams that MIGHT help...not likely tho...my brother has it and we have tried most of the stuff on the market...now we are trying a special diet

You can fight it with DHT blockers, like me, but eventually we have to face the fact that we are men, and as such, our burgeoning testosterone causes our hair to jump ship.

So then what? Shave it off, and keep the dome nice and shiny with head lube. Watch out ladies. Something about a man who looks like his penis is attractive to them.
