Only certain very narrow minded people consider being gay a sin.
Ask any man who thinks you can choose to be gay why he likes women. He's just born that way....that why.

I think that God made us to love Him, and that we were put here to do so. Though the Bible says that a man and woman should be the only ones to lie together, the Bible also says that women are unclean during their period and must go through a cleansing ceremony to become unclean. I believe that some parts of the Bible are slightly outdated. It was written hundreds, maybe thousands, of years ago and we obviously don't follow all the rituals and customs described within the text. As so, I think we shouldn't believe the interpretation that it is wrong to have a life partner of the same sex.
We should, however, follow God's commandments, which tell us to love one another. Those who condemn homosexuals are not loving one another, and as such are breaking the commandments.
As such, I don't think that it's a sin to be gay, or to be born gay, as you say.

.its a choice all tho its been scientifically proved that some people are born with more masculinity than others in men and women so it tends to make some peoples voice a little less deeper if your a man and deeper if your a woman so some that have that problem think there born gay so they choose the lifestyle not knowing its only lack of or to much of masculinity, so yea its a sin Not thats its for me to judge but the bible says no man shall bed with another man, so i take its as i sees it.

According to scripture all (but Jesus) have been born into sin. Therefore, we all sin. Homosexuality is CLEARLY condemned in scripture.
I personally believe that being a homosexual is based upon what you've experienced in life and your environment. I myself was bisexual at one time, not to long ago actually, but the blood of Christ washed me clean, and now I feel brand new!
Therefore, it's your choice whether you want to fight your sin, or continue doing it.
Unfortuantely, many people want to just stick with what they FEEL is right, rather than what IS right according to scripture, so they'll purposly lie to try and make themselves right. Organizations such as PFLAG do this. They tell us that teher's nothing in scripture that condems homosexuality, when it's everywhere.

Nobody is born gay. People have a choice wether they want to be queer or not. I don't think God really makes anyone gay. Yes it is a sin but it is not unforgivable. Remember God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve.

I've never heard such ridiculous answers in my life! People are born gay - it is NOT a matter of choice. It is NOT a sin! You folks all need to get a lot better educated on the subject. Your answers are offensive.

No such thing as being born gay. That is just an excuse for those freaks that feel conflicted about taking part in such amoral acts.

no one is born gay, its just another excuse to be gay. if you can visually tell the difference between a man and a woman. then being gay was a choice.

Being gay is starting to be proven as a biological factor. I dont believe being gay is a sin. Just as being handicapped or for even being a girl. Just my opinion...
