I get headaches every two weeks. It starts in the back of my neck then goes to my forehead and lasts for 1 to 2 days. I think this is a tension headache but I am not sure. I don't know if it is and what should I do for this problem?Is there anyone with this experience -any health experts or people with this experience?

less fortunate. However, these people don't mind serving the upper class as a matter of fact they love to do it because you pay them and they are very loyal and appreciative of it. These unfortunate people are the ones obviously that are trying to come here illegaly to the U.S. for obvious reasons. Now, wouldnt be good for american society to allow these people to come work here (and yes legally) to do the same types of work they do in their country? My point is this; middle class america could benefit from help all across the nation. Just imagine you housewives or mothers to have extra help in your kitchen,cooking meals, babysitting your children meanwhile you'll have more time to concentrate on bringing up your children right. Middle class Americans citizens would then become first class citizens compared to other countries. Trust me on this one people, many and I mean many middle class americans do this already in all walks of lifes including public service people voted by you.

As a African American I don't support any party. And I have notice a shift in many young blacks like my self being indepent, or unaffiliated. Neither party cares about the african american community. But speaking realisticlly the dem. and rep. run everything and independents can rarely be elected. So why are we putting all are eggs in one basket. Like Tavis Smiley says, "Its not about the party, It's about the people." Lets wake up.

I just want to learn to relax and not let it bug me so much!! I feel like i cannot even go 2 weeks without getting mad or annoyed with him about something, so it is my goal that starting today that no matter what, I will not get mad at him for 2 weeks. My newly ex-boyfriend was and is addicted to crack cocaine. He would try to find anyway possible to get it. I loved and cared about him so much but finally had to start to think about myself. He has called me in the middle of the night when we were going out to tell me he was in trouble, or that he was going to kill himself or rob the turkey hill. I often suspected he was lying to me about were he was going or had been. The night he was not home when i got off work and was still not home when i woke up at 7am i got very worried. I called his mom and she tried to find were he was. The next day i removed all my things from the appt. and left a note saying good-bye. It has only been 1 day and I already miss him dearly.

I was watching something on tv about polygamy and it just astounds me that they get away with so much. They should be prosecuted for all the sexual abuse they are involved in. I know not all are like that, but there are alot of children being harmed and nothing is being done to help them. The fathers and husbands hide behind their mask of religion.

I am a fem and I am only attracted to fems. But I have noticed that finding a fem that likes fems is like finding a needle in a haystack( or maybe it's just my area, Chicago) Anyway, since I can't find a fem that likes fems, should I do option #1- Start dating studs/butches, or option #2 Become a stud so I can get all the fems?

There is also an option #3- Pretend to be a stud, then after I get a fem, go back to being a fem.
