Instead of writing and asking us nonprofessionals, you should be taking your dog to the vet. I am hoping that since you took the time to write, you really do care about the dog. Now - Get up from your computer and get that dog to a vet.
What would you do if you didn't feel like eating and your testicle was swollen and hard? Bet you would already be to a doc.

He has an owner that is too stupid or cheap to take him to the vet, and get him the care that he desperately needs and deserves, and instead wastes precious, maybe even life saving time asking the ? on an internet site, hoping for what? A home remedy? How do you know that his testicle is hard? That is very interesting! Poor dog! I hope you come to your senses and realize how ridiculous this is, before it's too late.....!!!!!!

Most likely an hernia or tearing of the tissue, this is a very painfull condition take your dog as soon as possible to the vet. There is a chance that the sack will tear and you might even lose your dog. Dont waste any more time on the internet.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say he has a swollen hard testicle and needs to see the vet for treatment and be neutered.

He obviously is sick. Most of the time, when an animal doesn't eat.. that must mean that it's something really bad and should take him to the vet right away. He could be in real pain.

Gee, cancer maybe????? It could be a tumor on the testicle, or just an infection. Either way, he needs to see a vet and will probably need treatment!!!!!

He needs to be neutered. How can you stand having a male dog around with those balls flopping all the time! Geeezzzz! That's disgusting! No one wants to see that! Get him cleaned up! Take care of your pet! I hope your feeding him Nature's Recipe venison & rice formula, & not some commercial variety with diseased animal parts in it with gmo corn & allergenic wheat fillers in it. Help this poor creature! Get him neutered!
