I know I have to drink 64oz of water a day, but when you eat high sodium meals will that mean you have to drink more water?

I'm trying to loss as much weight as possible and need some help.
I don't do any exercise. I work in a desk and when I get off from work I drive back to pick up my two daughters. When I get home I just want to set and eat and enjoy the last 3 hours I have for the day.

What can I do to change this unhealthy pattern? What store offers great - healthy food and cheap prices? What type of snacks should I eat when I get hungry/just want something in my mouth? Where can I find healthy recipes and low in calories?

okay i just found out i'm 4 weeks pregnant. my lmp was on july 13th. my ovulation date according to the online calculator was july 27th, but me and my hubby had sex on july 24th. how can that be? i thought sperm only lives in you for 3 days? my second question is i'm pregnant but have no signs at all. no morning sickness, no breast tenderness, etc. i only have light cramping and i am tired more during the day but i cant sleep at night. can some one please help me. is this normal??

Are there any other med that would cause a positive reading? This test was taken just to detect oxycontin and the person being test has not had oxycontin. My friend takes a morphine patch and that is what he thinks caused the positive reading.

My boyfriend & I, of 4 years, are on the verge of breaking up and I feel like I am dying on the inside. Our major problem is that it seems we have become so accustom to eachother that we have lost the "us" in the casual day-to-day activities. We love eachother so much and don't want to give up, but it seems we are never happy... at least at the same time. How do you go about re-establishing a solid foundation in a relationship. Especially with our hectic schedules (both work and are full time college students) We, especially I, am not ready to throw in the towel! Any serious advice would be appreciated! Thanks...

I was cleaning the kitchen, and my son comes up to me with a quarter in his hand, and his mouth wide open... he does this when he put something in his mouth that he didnt like the taste of (like blueberries and stuff) but anyways, I asked him if he ate money, and he laughed and kept laughing. I asked him again and he said yep... now i dont know whether to believe him or not. i called the doctor and told the lady about it, and she made an appointment for him to be seen today.
