I love cheese and jam sandwiches. The best are mature cheddar cheese and raspberry jam (with seeds). Yummy!

Have you tried a Strawberry Sandwich - Slice up some Strawberrys on white bread. Yuummm

My mom puts cheddar on her PB&J sandwices.
I've put raspberry jam (and marmalade and blueberry jam, separately, of course) on Brie spread on a French loaf.
I think I will try it with cheddar.

Yeah I prefer melted brie and or goats cheese with strawberry conserve

not quite a delicacy in America. however, my grandmother came from Staffordshire and she'd give my mom and her sisters toast spread with bacon fat.
About the only thing my grandmother made that my mom still makes to this day are scones.

My Grandad introduced these to me when I was really young. He was in the army. There OK, I would say they take a bit of getting used to. Yuk
