okay i just found out i'm 4 weeks pregnant. my lmp was on july 13th. my ovulation date according to the online calculator was july 27th, but me and my hubby had sex on july 24th. how can that be? i thought sperm only lives in you for 3 days? my second question is i'm pregnant but have no signs at all. no morning sickness, no breast tenderness, etc. i only have light cramping and i am tired more during the day but i cant sleep at night. can some one please help me. is this normal??

Sometimes those calculators arent correct or your dates werent exact. Just wait till you get your first ultrasound. If you know when you concieved thats all that matters. You are having symptoms....you are tired during the day and cant sleep at night. Just take a quick nap during the day and try to make yourself comfortable at night....like taking a bath before bed and using plenty of pillows in the bed to help comfort you. This is normal to feel this way. Some women just have more symptoms than others. You should get some energy back after your first trimester. In the mean time, drink lots of water, eat well, and take your vitamins. Congrats!

That is still very very early. Sperm can live for up to a week, not a few days. It takes time for the sperm to hit the egg anyway, much less fertilize it. Morning sickness comes a little later, for me it came at between 2 to 3 months. Breast tenderness is an off and on thing, but normally still early on. The next 9 months are going to be nothing but oddness and change for your body. Light cramping is normal, but if it intensifies, be wary and watchfull. Don't worry, it will all start showing up soon enough. Just make sure you schedule an appointment to visit your doctor asap.
Good luck and congrats!

Sperm can stay alive for up to 1 week. But, if you're just going by the calendar method, you can ovulate at very different times. And, for the second part, some women never have any symptoms at all, not even throughout the entire 9 months.

Ok those caluclation things can be off, if you had sex, and now are pregnant, regardless of the dates, then that is how that is possible. You are just 4 weeks pregnant, so signs may not come until you are about 6 weeks or so. At 4 weeks, you are barely pregnant, so don't worry about it. Or you could possibly be like me with my first pregnancy (she is 6 now). I had no morning sickness, no tiredness, no signs at all. In fact, I was 3.5 months when I found out I was pregnant. That is already past the first trimester. So, don't worry. It is perfectly normal.

Well, it's not an exact science as far as when you conceive unless you are conceiving with in-vitro. It's normal to not have symptoms other than being tired and a little crampy. That's why some women don't know they are pregnant until they've missed a couple periods. Your doctor may do an ultrasound to date your pregnancy too. That may reassure you that everything is going normally so far and clear up the date.

Actually it can last up to 3-5 days in a moist area. Every woman is different when it comes to pregnancy. Some women can feel the worst of it while others feel nothing at all. Just wait. In your last few months you will feel it all. Good luck. kenziebuchanan@hotmail.com if you have anymore questions.

Everybody's cycle is different... you must have ovulated very closely to the time you had sex..... yes this is normal.... Many women have no signs or symptoms of pregnancy... However just because you feel fine doesn't mean you don't need prenat. care... go to the OB-GYN and take Prenat Vitimins

Well i agree with the above answer, but it sounds like there was a mistake with the online calculator, and your still pretty early in your pregnancy. i knew a woman who didn't even know she was pregant till after the first trimester (she was on the shot birth control to supress her pms). go get it checked out!!
