I called the doctors office this morning because I have been dealing with a sharp stabbing like pain in my lower left side (close to ovary). They said that a nurse would call me back, but it has been 3 hours and now they are at lunch. Should I be worried enough to go to the ER? I am trying to get intouch with my mother to see if she will go with me. Just not sure if this prompts going to the hospital.

Don't get me wrong, I love football. It's my favorite sport, however I watch other sports and out of all the contact sports (i.e. American Football, Rugby, Lacrosse, Hockey, Basketball...) Football seems to have the weakest or biggest fakers out of all of them. Players tend to over react on a measly push....while standing still. Others pretend to get elbowed in the face and cover their face with both hands and lay on the ground until medical treatment arrives. All of a sudden in two minutes the medic's magical spray saves the player from a career ending injury. I understand about the deliberate dive rule, but how many times do we see a player get away with an obvious dive? All the time, the referee and his respective linemen can't see everything. Am I the only one who sees Football going down the wrong path?

I play on the school football team. We go to tournments every couple of weeks. I play in defense and have found out that stamina and speed can be crucial. So a couple of nights a week I go for a sprint or jog along with controling the ball with both feet.

But I have trouble with warming down since I still get cramp after.
So does anyone know any stretches to do before and after going for a run and playing football?

Perhaps I missed it, but I keep hearing about how HEZBOLLAH is firing rockets; HEZBOLLAH is fighting Israel. I never hear about "regular" Lebanese troops, air force, etc. striking at Isreal.

Did I miss something?

If my understanding is correct, then one must wonder - why? If Canada (Mexico, anybody) attacked the US because an extremist group kidnapped someone (including rockets, bombs, and armed invasion), you can bet the George W would be attacking (and not just the extremist group that is targeted).

I understand that Lebanon is an American ally, but if my understanding is correct, won't this actually hurt the US? I can't but imagine that the general population will view the Israeli acts as an attack on their (Lebanese) territory, which should be defended by their government.

Won't this give HEZBOLLAH internal support -- at least they fought back?

I am just wondering what I did wrong to make my breasts lose all of their fullness? I nursed my son until he was 10 mos old, which helped me get down to my pre-pregnancy weight real quick. But, it made by breasts shrink and I am actually ashamed of them now. What can I do to prevent this from happening if I decide to breastfeed any more of my children?? My mother breastfed and this did not happen to her, so what did I do???

Im using my friends account and need some help.....Ok, here's the story... I met this guy and he is an amazing guy. He broke up with his girlfriend and we started hanging out and talking everyday and doing stuff... then yesterday, he text's me and tells me that he loves his ex and he cant talk to me anymore because his ex would get mad and that he lost her in the first place because of me, which isnt true.... Then she decides to text me, and told me I cant talk to him and that this is all my fault and basically the whole deal got turned around on me... What should I do? Now he wont talk to me, and I cant imagine loosing a great friend like him....

PS: HIS EX GIRLFRIEND AND I DO NOT GET ALONG AT ALL....

We have had previous fights before the guy came in the picture...

But also... she is my sisters best friend

I kno moving on would be the best thing to do, but I cant...
