I have a friend who is not going anywhere in life, 22 years old, didn't graduate high school and works at a small restaurant waitressing, not to mention lives at home and is divorced after not even a year of marriage, but somehow she STILL gets the guys everywhere we go..she is decent looking, not a model, but shes a pretty girl. I on the other hand have no problem meeting guys either, AND I work full time and go to school part time and for the most part I'd say I have a good head on my shoulders, but I can't seem to keep guys around! Every time they end up calling they don't even want to hang out, it just ends up being "Why don't you come over later..." I never EVER have even given the impression nor would I have sex w/a guy that I was interested in getting to know right away....so my question is why is my divorced friend w/no future getting all the guys to stay around? ---just to add to it many of you would probably think shes just having sex w/all of them, but nope..

8 years ago I graduated from a community college with a diploma in dental hygiene. I am stuck because I am debating whether I should go do the one extra year of the dental hygiene degree completion program available only online or go start all over and take courses that interest me in the faculty of arts and business. get that degree.the only thing is that would take me 4 years and its too late to apply for this year so I would have to apply for next year which would make me 34!!! I feel that I am too old and will miss the opportunity to get married And by then I will be at least 38, still single with no kids. So, I only want to do it if I can commit to the those 4 years. Right now, I am single, have no family obligations, no kids. Ihave always wanted to go to university but unfortunate circumstances/oblilgations prevented me from it. Now I feel that I will never get the confidence, self trust and skills from anywhere else but going to school for myself. a degree will be mine!

But pasta is one of the things I gave up when diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Is there any way I can have some macaroni and cheese? I'm taking metformin, glipizide and actos. I restrict my meals to 45 grams of carbs per meal. Can I eat a big bowl and walk for an hour. Should I give in to temptation or just turn off the tv?
