I think that there is really know way to tell if THIS Fidel Castro*--last time I read anything about this, there were six imposters--is the same one who came to power 50 years ago, but whoever he is he is probably at least a total vegetable if he's not already dead.
I think the reason they** are keeping his condition semi-under wraps is because they have been waiting for an excuse to end the regime and this is the perfect opportunity.
So, I think whether this guy (whoever he is) is dead or not, the Fidel Castro era is finito.
*He is the President of the nation of Cuba.
Where do you kids go to school?
**"They"=the people that are more powerful than the lay government in Cuba

"Infidel" Castro gained't be useless yet, despite the indisputable fact that the final public of Cubans are hoping he quickly will be. they don't look to be too prepared over the very incontrovertible fact that his brother is taking on, as his politics are truly the same. i do not comprehend how human beings placed up with that style of difficulty in a supposedly civilized united states of america. Dictatorship hasn't ever worked, and must have lengthy previous by ability of the wayside years and years in the past. To imagine it remains alive and properly so close to to our personal united states of america is downright scary.

I dont think so. And if he did die, I dont think it would have the impact on Cuba that everyone hopes! I think another Fidel-like leader will be chosen and all will remain the same.

He is still alive. He is going to be Premier of Manitoba (Manitoba is a socialist-run province in Canada) in a few years. We think Castro will make it less communistic than it is now.
