I'm not christian, but my mother was. To be christian for her was to act as Jesus Christ would act. How you could compare someone like that to Jeffrey Dahmer, Charles Manson and Hitler is beyond ignorance, it is a pathetic attempt at an insult. I apologize for being rude, but my mother was a TRUE CHRISTIAN in every sense of the word and to suggest that such horrible people are the real example of Christianity is out right deplorable!

I've never thought of myself as a fake because I accepted Jesus as my Lord and I know I'm going to heaven. People are always asking "what if Hitler was a christian?" Well, I don't know but God knows, and He knows every ones hearts and knows the true Christians from the fakes. No one will ever know if Hitler was a christian until they get to heaven.

If you really want the anawer to that question, read the Bible. Real Christians are people who know they are sinners, repent of all sin, believe that Christ died for us (including you), receive Christ as your personel savior, and strive to live their lives for god and not for themseles. What Dahmer, Manson, and Hitler did was WRONG! It's wrong to judge other people and try to play God. But you don't know what is in peoples hearts. Only God knows what is in a persons heart. And in the End, we will all be judged for everything we have done. "Real Christians" included. The only difference is that if you are saved, you go to Heaven. If you are not...you know the rest. God bless you. I hope you find the answers you are looking for.

People become Christians when they put their faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior. This is evidenced outwardly by a profound change in their lives like they've been born again as a new creation. I've seen people "fake" becoming Christians, but usually their true colors show when the going gets tough. True Christians are those who've accepted God's free gift of grace and cooperated with God to change their lives to conform to the image of Christ.

I would like to say to some people who answered, "Get over yourself! But yelling and saying bad stuff, you give a bad name to Christians and shame yourself!"
Next, yes, I did doubt, but not anymore. Historical evidence proves that Jesus Christ did actually exist. It does NOT prove that he was resurrected, but that he did exist. However, the Bible is accurate and meticulously copied, so it is unlikely that any mistakes were made, and the Bible goes over 2000 years of time. Certain points in the Bible point to Jesus's cruxifiction and resurrection.
I don't know any specific examples, but you could check out the books, "The Case for Christ," "The Case of a Creator", and "The Case for Faith." If you want.

Whatever you wish to label me is your choice. I'm not a fraud, and if those people by some strange twist of fate are TRUE Christians then I am still who I am... I still believe God the way I do, still follow Christ the way I do and you can call me something else.

well then think about it.. if christians are known to follow a book called the bible..
and reading the bible.. such actions from
those people pretty much contradict who christians are how christians should act.. so in conclusion wanting to know if ur a fake or not is by the looks of ur actions in life...
like the bible says.. u should look at the person's fruit in life.. see if it is bad or good.. and whatever u see clearly states what kind of person they are...
because from where every ur heart is.. ur actions will follow..
^^ God bless.. and loves u~!!

Nope. Never thought about that, not even for a minute because you don't have to have a brain to know differently. Only a moron would think that. Christ was a gentle, kind, caring, and loving person whether you accept Him as a divine entity or not. Your question begs intelligence!!
Chow!!

Does this question have any intelligence behind it or is it simply a result of random synapses firing in the brain? Seriously, scriptures guide Christians clearly away from the actions of those you list.
