im 14 when i was in the seventh grade one day she looked so buetiful i just had to stare she was talking to one of her freinds then she turned aound and she was facing me so we were staring at eachother eye to eye for like 7 slow seconds we were like 20 15 or 10 feet apart,then the bell rung so i had to go to my first period class,and thats what stopped us from starin at eachother eye to eye and when she was starin at me in the eye she was standing in a weird position with her hip to one side,hand onher chin,than another time when she was sitting in a classroom and i was in the hallway in front of her class our eyes met againfor a little while,when sombody opened the door,do you think she likes me were not really freinds were like aquantances,like i see her in the hollway and,she has classes with my twin sister,she knows who i am,and one time she sat right next to me with her freinds at my lunch table,and shes freinds with my twinsister

Last year when my child was in kindergarten he got in a fight with a girl. I made him buy the girl a flower and write an apology on the card. I thought this was the end of it. Apparently I was wrong.

Today at the school's open house, the girls mother confronted me. She told me that she already informed the teacher to keep the 2 kids seperated, and that she does not encourage her children to fight.

I was speechless. I had no idea what to say. What kind of parent would encourage a child to fight?? I need a snappy comeback for the next time this happens. I am sure it will happen again. Obviously she isn't they type of person to let this go. The kids are only 6 years old.

What can I say next time?? I don't want to just be standing there with my mouth hung open. But it is in school so I don't want to say anything too offensive either. Just a simple, sassy, smart comeback. Thanks!

A few years ago while on a Confirmation retreat, a priest stood in front of each of us, one at a time, and said some words, and we each felt something pass thru, or sort of push us back (hard to explain) and we fell back gently and had to lie on the floor a few minutes to recover. Does anyone know what that was called?

The survivors of Kfar Etzion ultimately founded Nir Etzion in the Mount Carmel area near Haifa.

the area of Gush Etzion was Originally part of the land the state of Israel acquired during its independence. As stated above it was captured in the 1948 war. Why as this not considered occupied territory?

Why is it only when Israel captures land in war is it considered illegally occupied land?

A local realtor in a gated community averages 1 sale per month in that community. is it better to list my house (water view, 1 mile from the beach and listed below market price for 2 months with another realtor) with him or to list by owner with 5 % comm to the buyer's realtor?

question. WHAT do YOU do when life is stressing you out enormously? I mean -- worrying about paying the bills and getting by? What calms you down? I cross-stitch, watch TV and yes... there is beer (no, I know it won't fix anything) but I'm 48 and these are the things I like to do (when my granddaughter isn't visiting). Please share with me so I can find some other tools to work through it. I won't go into details now -- have asked questions prior that details them. Oh.....and have a wonderful evening you all. You are awesome. I can be myself here and so can you. Not such a bad thing, is it?

the hoses going into and out of the heater core are hot. A new thermostat has been installed and my AC is fine. I have tried checking the vent doors and they seem to be fine. Could there be air in a hose or an actuator on a vent that may be causing the issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated

This seems to be a rather strange way of describing what is tantamount to a civil war raging in that country! It occurs to me that this statement is somewhat of an understatement of what is actually going on. I would think that such a highly competent, highly educated and supposedly brilliant public servant would have a more realistic view and assessment of the actual situation.
