If you have to choose one or the other I would say drink. For one reason, it seems to be a lot more socially acceptable than smoking. Only drink in moderation, though. Studies still suggest that a glass of red wine per day can help the heart.

are you in pain most folks that use are looking to cover a feeling up i drank and drugged for 17 years and ive been sober for 18 if you dont have an underlying problem then knock your self out just give someone else the car keys so we dont read about your night in the papers

How about neither! Why on Earth would you willingly want to kill yourself. Tabaacco killls the lungs and can cause you cancer, Drinking kills your brain cells and can also cause cancer. Don't you want to live a happy and healthy life! Don't you want to see your children grauduate and grow up and get married and have kids of their own!!!!

Used to do both, but when it came down to choosing, I thought drinking was much more important--and entertaining!

I don't do either, and you don't have to if you don't want to.

That means I'm not much of a party animal, but I don't worry about hangovers or DUI, and I am unlikely to get lung cancer.
