Dear Butterflies,
Well, cross stitching is great. I read. I go for long walks, I pray, I meditate, I eat ( that is not good!!) I am 54 years old and it seems the older we get and especially as women we suffer more because of hormonal changes etc. It is nice to know we are not alone.
Enjoy your grandaughter!! You will be able to make her nice things cross stitching!! Hang in there!

1. Effexor : Serotonin, Dopamine and Endorphin Re-uptake Inhibitor - Good stuff!
2. Kolonopin : In the Valium family of drugs - Won't put you to sleep like Valium but will put your mind to rest!
3. Remaron : This drug is a Mood Enhancer but unlike some Mood Enhancers, it doesn't enhance the bad moods, just the tiny speck of good mood that is hiding somewhere deep in your mind.
4. Find that rare person who is intellectually brilliant and at the same time very loving and caring. Don't select a "fixer" he/she can't "fix" your problem anyway and you are just looking to talk and have someone relax your thoughts and give you some encouragement.
Do all 4 of the above. 44 years old but I feel like 60

My philosify is don't sweat the small stuff. In other words don't let little things get to you. If something is stressing you let it go and move on to something else. Come back to the problem or what ever it may be at a later time when you are more relaxed and you may be able to see a clear solution. I am 42 yrs old. Hope this helps. life is too short to be stressed out.

I am 38 and I sew quilts and clothes. I also think back to a trip I took two years ago into a third world country and remind myself how lucky I am. In the US even people on welfare do far better than around 80% of the people who live in 3rd world countries. It is always nice to put your life in perspective. It is rare that you find an American that goes hungry or has to sleep outdoors.

There are two things that I do. I am a christian so the first thing I do is pray. It calms me down when I feel like God is in charge.I also love music. When I am stressed I like to listen to Josh Groban. There is something about his style of music that is therapeutic.I don't see anything wrong in your way of regaining your calm.We all find peace in our own way. God bless you.
