I want to know how many of you believe in racial purity. I've heard many people say that they wouldn't have a relationship outside their race believing that they would be degrading their own race by mixing. Now after doing a little bit of research, I've seen how in the past there was often mixing between cultures. If you believe in preserving racial purity, what evidence can you present that it truly exists are all the mixing that's been happening throughtout history?

I was told by a masonary contractor that they were paying 20 dollars and hour cash to experienced brick masons! I drive a truck and you have to pay "lumpers" to unload your truck at 100 to 200 dollars. It takes 2 to 4 hours to unload a trailer! At 2 trucks a day or even three(I've seen it) that's 300 to 600 hundred dollars a day! Working cheap my A$$! So every one stop saying hard work for cheap! Some do some don't! And I'm not a lazy American so stop generalising!

I am trying to find a house that fits my budget. I found the perfect one but I have this other one I had pending. How can I turn it down and still get my deposit back? Is it at al possible for me to get my deposit back and get the last house that I seen that I liked much better? What can I do about the house that I am in now that I can not afford. I can not afford the increases the mortgage company keeps putting on me. What should I do? What can be done leagally? Can I bag out of deal number 1 and close on deal number 2?
