mbers on our purchase documents. we are trying to get a replacement monitor which is covered under a Tiny warranty.

They are no longer in business, and as the article states has left many with useless (and expensive) extended warranties, http://www.pcworld.com/article/87343-1/article.html

Take my previous advice and buy a new (or used) monitor.
conradj213 has posted a link to an article stating that they did indeed pull out of the US, abandoning all warranties, and the company that bought them isn't honoring the US extended warranties either.

i dnt think they are as they got took over by time and then i think they went bust but im not sure try and contact time insted
