Sweetheart, there is always room for self improvement, yes, but first of all, you have to learn to like yourself. There has to be something you like before you can build on it. You can't just build a whole new you. Every woman has something that they don't like about themselves, but try to focus on the things you do like and work on making the most of those features.

Unless you're overweight, you'll just have to accept them as they are. Some of us (like me) are broad in the hips, some aren't. Three things you will never be able to change in this life are: the width of your hips (pelvic bones), the length of your legs, and your mother's nature!

try to find some yoga exercises for the hip and butt area. it's not the fastest, but you don't want to remove your hips. show your curves!
