i totally forget about the past, but having genital herpes re-open the doubts and trust issues from the past. it has been three years since he cheated on me, and he swears me he never cheated on me again.should i believe him? he has supported me all throughout, helps me to go to school and advises me to finish it. everything is great with him except for that cheating part and of course about this forever virus that will be with us. i desperately need good advises and serious ones please. i am so vulnerable as u can see. thanks

I am a resident of Bangalore and stay in Jayanagar.
My neighbour has 2 big dogs which keep barking day-in and day-out without any reason. They start barking in 5 am in the morning and because of it we and other neighbours are not able to sleep.They also bark in the evening between 5-9 pm.

I have talked to the neighbours about it. But they seems to be indifferent to it. They have not done anything to reduce their dogs barking.
My neighbour does not feed the dogs properly and that may be one of the cause.

Please tell me what I can do to alleviate the situation.
Would police or some animal control group help me? Are there any laws in India against neighbour nuisance?

I am middled aged and found a sister that was given away before I was born. I found her in March of this year. There were also two brothers which were placed up for adoption, one raised with this sister and the other one alone.
I have been searching for these sibling for many years and now the newly found sister doesn't want me to contact the brothers. She refused to give me contact information, even thought she has it on both of them. I have found the brother that was adopted with her, but not the other one. I haven't contacted him yet because she said she doesn't want me to. My heart is breaking and I feel like sending her a letter and telling her I can no longer have contact with her and going ahead and contacting my brother and continuning searching for the other one.
Is she being fair to me? I feel it is jealousy on her part and that is the reason she doesn't want me to know the brothers.
I feel so lost and so hurt.
what would you do if you were me?
