I truly believe that many of the experiences and even unpleasant ones at that have made me who I am for better or worse. I try to let them make me better and not bitter. I have found that adversity and struggles are when I grow best. I do not mean to imply that all bad things are good for you just that most of what I have experienced has helped to shape me.How do you feel?

Which of these southern Appalachian states is your favorite? Not-so-favorite? Why?

Favorites:
1. Alabama. Nice people, gorgeous scenery, has the beaches at the south end of the state. Lots of history and culture, a great state!
2. Tennessee. Great mountain scenery, lots to do in the Smokies, Nashville and Memphis are great cities! I wouldn't mind living in Greater Memphis (not the inner city area, though, b/c it's crime-ridden and grimy.) Overall, another great state!
3. North Carolina. Honestly, I've never been there, but I just think I'd like it.

Least favorites:
1. Virginia. Beautiful scenery, lots of job opportunities, close to the historical sights of the birthplace of America. BUT, the people are rude and uptight. Wouldn't wanna live there.
2. Kentucky. There are two types of people in Kentucky: 1. rich, uptight snobs and 2. poor, white trash people who are still pretentious. Some of the worst people I've ever met are there. The scenery is GREAT, though.

To all those who like write the way they talk - I mean really, like really talk like that. What does it mean in the way you like Use it? Puh-leease don't come the old 'it's the way people talk' ... tell me what it actually means ... what purpose does it serve?

I mean, there's all this stuff about reducing what you say to mere grunts and combinations of letters and numbers (u kno wat I meen - an u kno I h8 it) and then you have to throw in redundant words? It used to be the F word every f*ing third bl*dy f*ing syllable ... now its like ... arggggh!!

Ihave a hound mix who is very hyper and loves everyone. she gets hyper and jumps on my mom and dad when they come home
and scratches them or bites them in a playful way.she is only a pup but she is big. she does some crazy things too sand my mom calls her stupid because of them. she is actullay pretty smart for a 8month dog. she is very sweet and loves to lick and when she gets near my mom my mom kicks her away what should i do.
