My friend wants to go on one of those 'lose 10 pounds in 3 days' diets, this one is from something called the British Heart Institute. I have never heard of the BHI, nor can I find any reference to them apart from the diet itself. It is one where one eats toast and tuna fish and the like for a chemical breakdown to burn off unwanted fat.

I am worried that at best this will dissapoint her if it doesn't work, or at worst be dangerous to her health as it doesn't offer a balaned diets.

If anyone knows anything I'd be grateful of an honest response. Thanks

The liberals have perpetrated countless lies and distortions concerning President Bush and his record in the last five years--practically every time they open ther mouths, it's to slander him or someone in his Administration. And yet, not one man or woman surrounding him has stood up to defend him forcefully, least of all Bush himself.

I noticed the same thing during the Clinton years; even though the attacks on him were generally on the mark, the people who should have been his biggest defenders stuck their heads in the sand.

What is it? Lack of loyalty? Selfishness? Spinelessness? I really want to know.

I have so much anxiety . I am always wondering what people are doing if they aren't with me. This guy I have been dating for a while didn't call me for 2 days we usually speak everyday and we were suppose to go out 2 days in a row and he cancelled. WTF! Now i'm ready to just stop dealing with him cuz my mind is telling me he's no good, but he is the nicest person. this is just out of the ordinary! We have plans of getting married but my Boyfriends ex wife is very uncooperative. We tried to get in touch with her brother just to get the date and place where she filed the divorce but she instructed the brother not to give her contact number to us. She filed the divorce when we were living abroad. She didn't even send us a copy of the divorce decree. It is quiet hard to check every state to verify when it was finalized.

Now if some one doesn't like Jewish people he is attacked by the anti defamation league. or prosecuted for speaking his mind.

This soft approach pisses me off. Why do some people in Western countries think it's so humane to be soft towards criminals ? Don't we owe victims of rape, murder, drug abuse, child pron etc. that we severely punish the offenders ? I heard in Belgium child sex offenders even get days off from prison...what a country !
