I don't mean answering through birds, bees, bulls and all that jazz. I want to hear directly like when I ask a Yahoo question and get immediate Yahoo answers. Don't talk about the lord working in mysterious ways or that I am missing his/her/its voice in the world around me.

Every answer you could ever get from a religious person is consistent with there being no gods.

Example 1: If you ask why evil exists, the believer will have some dodge to explain why the world looks exactly like the world would look if there was no god, with people able to do good and evil unhindered by any supreme being.

Example 2: If you ask why prayers are never answered, the believer comes up with some excuse about the answer being "no" or "not yet", to explain why the effect of prayer is exactly as it would be if no gods actually existed.

Example 3: If you ask why there is never any valid evidence or argument for the existence of a god, the believer will say that you have to first believe that their god exists and *then* you will see the evidence for it, which is exactly what you see in delusional people who believe in things which don't exist.

And so on...

In other words: You never get an answer from a god because they don't exist.

It is obvious you are only wanting people to agree with you. However, I have the right to at least put my 2 points worth in. I feel that some of God's greatest gifts are in unanswered prayers. If he answered all prayers, well, I would be stuck right now in an abusive relationship and wouldn't have met my husband whom I have been married to for the last 10 years. I prayed and prayed that my ex would change and that we could live happily ever after...it didn't happen...thankfully. So, that is my 2 points worth...like it or lump it!

"Some times I thank God
for unanswered prayers.
Remember when you're talkin'
to the man upstairs
just because he may not answer
doesn't mean he don't care
some of God's greatest gifts
are unanswered prayers."
-- The Gospel According to Garth (Brooks)

If you aren't praying correctly he wont answer you.
He said to pray through Jesus (as mediator) and your prayers must be in spirit and truth.
Study the link below for further details.
I have prayers answered all the time, and many are yes!
Don't expect him to speak to you. He doesn't work that way anymore.

O_o You're not listening, apparently.

You're not going to hear God speak to you with such doubt clouding your mind. And you're thinking far to humanly. You will "hear" God speaking to you in your own heart and mind, but only if your heart and mind are quiet enough to hear Him. When Elijah was waiting for God to appear, He wasn't present in the massive fire, or the earthquake, or the thunder. He was there in the tiny whispering sound.

Have you tried going to several Pentecostal or Apostolic churches and asking that people would pray for you, so that you may know that He is real.

Also ask if any one there can give you a prophecy.

When you have a question, read somthing in the holy Bible and you'll find your answers there. or try to put time with God. Just try to listen to his voice. think its impossible but if you try and believe, it just might work.
