Sure you can date him, why not? I did that once (seriously, I was 15 and I liked a 13 year old) but it didn't work out between us....for hundreds of reasons. But I guess my situation is the reverse of yours, since I was an older girl dating a younger guy. I hope that you know what you're doing! Good luck to you.

It's not that it is against the law. Both of you are so young and have so much life ahead. How about going out on a date with a group of friends, and both of you can talk, laugh and act silly about a lot of things with no pressure.

It actually not illegal and here's a funny thing i found about a day ago, y'all can have "sextual intercoarse" and can still be leagal =] just dont do that w/ the guy who visits ur moms other freind who's 17 or 18

13 is too young for dates. You should be with your friends and talk like young girls do...thats all! Dont listen to anyone on here about "love". It will screw you up at your age.

I think you betta check with the lawmaker in your home. Your mum may think you are too young to date no matter how old the lad is.
