In The Eastern Standard Time Zone (aka Ontario and Quebec) it's about noon.

depends on WHERE in canada. use this site (listed below), you can find out the time or time difference of different places around the world. It's helped for me cause I have a friend who lives in Australia, one from here who was in Thailand for school & another friend who is from here but is in the Navy & has been stationed in Italy & Africa.

Being so far up North, you have to add a couple hours on what time you have. Also, being so cold it slows down the clocks, so add a couple of more hours. Not too mention how much darker it is too, so add a couple more. There, now you have an accurate idea what time it is there.
