im not referring to the 12 colors found on the theme settings of PSP, i have downloaded themes like MAC and Windows for PSP and it has a lot of files in it but it doesnt have the how-to's. do i need a homebrew apps to be able to use it?

ok this is a really embarrsing question but i have to ask it...when i shave " down there" the hair comes off..but theres i cant get rid of all of it!
For example: i shave a part n when im done with that part theres still hair there but it looks like its under my skin so i cant get it off.. it really bugs me too..b/c you can still see all the hair after im done shaving but looks like its under my skin.. HOW DO I GET RID OF THAT!?

I just got into cycling and have really increased my speed. Up until now I have really only used the rear brakes and that is working out fine. I have heard to always use your rear brake, unless it is an emergency situation. But then I just read this website that told you to never use your rear brakes except in rainy/down hill conditions. Any cyclists out there willing to share their experience and wisdom?

My roommates and I witnessed the strangest event this past weekend. At about 3 am 5 or 6 white unmarked planes started circling in the sky above our apartment. They would come in with ABOSOLUTLEY NO lights on and flew in circles with criss crossing paths in complete darkness. Then when they would head in the direction of the airport they turned the lights back on. This continued non-stop until the sun came up. Does anyone have any clue as to what this could have been?

This happened over a major city in the US. We were very sober when this happend.

These planes were fairly small..they had propellers and seemed to be about the size of a private plane or crop duster. Also, we are not particularily close to any airports. It was a very clear night and these planes were flying quite low.
I'm just leting yall know exactly what I saw.

there is this guy named Marc i met like 4mnths ago and when we met we made it very clear to eachother that we were both involved in very secure and loving relationships and that we would only be friends but one day on the phone it all unravled i just started flirting but we were just talking as friends so this went on for like a month and every single time on the phone he would say you know i have a girlfriend and i would say yes i am aware of this and he would make it sound like i was making advances at him which we both agreeed none of us would do!! and then suddenly my 1yr relationship came to a screeching hault when Tony decided that me and him should just be friends over tha phone when i was on the other line with Marc and be4 i clicked over to find my relationship marc hadd been trying to tell me sumthin so i clicked over and told him the news he told me that he thought that he was falling in love with me and he told me and that he would try to break up w/ his gf which he haznt
