I personally cannot decide because all of the movies are good in very different ways.

"Goldfinger" has my vote. Surprisingly enough most Ian Fleming fans voted "To Russia With Love" their favorite because it was most like the book. Casino Royal looks that it may be closer to the original James Bond character Fleming created. I am anticipating the new/old Bond characterization. I think if you are a Bond fan it really is hard to pick one as the best so let’s continue to voice our opinions and “Long Live Bond!”

View to a kill.

The best one ever made. It was the first to deal with the Soviet Union as an old, dieing empire (which it was at the time!!!)

James Bond and his KGB friend (the hot blond girl) worked together to stop an even greater enemy, an both predicted that their two countries would be allies before very much longer (which is true).

I'd say Dr. NO or Goldfinger. They both have the best Bond and they set the standard for every other Bond movie.

the best one is 'on her majesty's secret service'. it's the only bond film where bond actually seemed human. george lazenby actually gave the character emotion rather than imperviousness. plus telly savalas was the best bond bad guy and diana rig was the hottest bond girls. also 'on her majesty's...' is the best bond theme song. especiallly the re-mix by propellarheads.

clearly Casino Royal, even though I have no basis for this statement. I liked Octapussy, but I am really excited for this new one, so all you haters back off.
