Garlic is actually toxic to dogs and should never be fed to them. Onions too. It is also not effective. Proponents of garlic have not considered that some natural food compunds that are fine for humans are not fine for dogs. Dawn dishwashing liquid will do a one-time kill of fleas but once the bath is over, it will not keep the fleas off. And bathing too frequently will dry out your dog's coat. Dawn is a very alkaline, stong detergent and definitely not natural. I like to use natural products when safe and effective too. But when it comes to fleas, which can pass worms onto dogs cause flea allergy dermatitis, and make them anemic if severely infested, I have not found anything natural that is remotely effective. Frontline Plus and Advantage are by far the safest products out there that are actually effective. Edit - I have known several people who have tried the bowl of dish soap trick and it has worked for no one. And Sevin dust is pretty toxic stuff compared Frontline Plus.

After washing your face before bed, apply Hydrogen Peroxide to your face w/ a cotton swab, this will kill all of the bacteria. then put a small dab of pure honey on each blemish. Honey has healing properties that will heal your acne and fast! the honey will pull the "puss" up and out. Most of your blemishes will be gone by the morning....90%. If you do this every night and wash twice a day then you will become blemish free. Also, try to refrain from touching your face during the day.
I found these out from extensive research. My daughter went to a Dermatologist for 2 years with out success and bad reactions to her perscriptions. This has been an effective treatment for her serious acne problem.
Good luck to you....I hope you find the answer that suits you best.

Try this...it really works...

Mix 4 or 5 uncoated asprin with a tiny bit of water. The asprin will disolve and you will have a gritty paste. Rub it on your face and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Brush off then rinse. Apply an oil free moisturizer. Do this two or three times a week.
