My wife violated her probation. She was supposed to do 21 days by turning herself in on the weekends. It was for driving on a suspended license. She didn't do it and was picked up. Now she was senteced for 6 mths. She has been in jail all most 3 weeks. I have filed an appeal. Is this a waste of time and money for an attorney?

I am a Christian who was born and raised mostly in the States. I recently moved again and I have been wondering why Americans are not so religious anymore. From what I have seen most do not even care. I care very much about my religion and I love to go to Church every Sunday and holiday. But most people I have met found it a bore and something they HAD to do. Why? I just don't understand. Can somebody explain? I am only going to except serious answers!

My parents paid $95,000 to join the social elite of my city, Atlanta. I know my dad clearly has the money, but why would you pay that much to golf (socially)? It's so stupid. The kids there are so stuck up. Not to be snobbish, but I'm probably the richest of all of them, and I NEVER talk about money or anything.

I just want to be a normal kid and not have to join all these stupid groups. It's the same routine EVERY time.

Is there anyone out there that has any advice. These people are so stuck up, and my parents are in there with him.

I just want to be normal.

There was a flood in a village.

One man said to everyone, "I'll stay! God will save me!"

The flood got higher and a boat came and the man in it said "Come on mate, get in!"

"No" replied the man. "God will save me!"

The flood got very high now and the man had to stand on the roof of his house.

A helicopter soon came and the man offered him help.

"No, God will save me!" he said

Eventually he died by drowning.

He got by the gates of heaven and he said to God, "Why didn't you save me?"

This summer I left for vacation...when I came back a month later my house had been taken over by ITSY BITSY TINY WEINIE little ants. They have not gotten into any food as everything is sealed except for the dry cat food that sits out. They have brought dirt into my kitchen and started building little mounds between the wall and my trashcan! They are also in my bed (I don't eat in bed) and the little buggers bite/sting :( I sprayed my bed down w/vinegar water last night..but still was stung several times. They are also living in my dirty clothes basket.

What is attracting them? Why are they IN MY HOUSE???

I bought some RAID today....but I just want to know what's going on so I can prevent this in the future.

I'm flying alone with a baby so I'm looking for the most convient way to get us and our luggage into the airport and to our gate. Secondary to my question about sky-cap tipping, I'd also appreciate any advice on how best to get myself, a big piece of luggage, a car seat and a baby in a stroller all checked in and to the gate.

I'm curious, really. I go on plenty of dates, and I'm not in a relationship, but sometimes when you ask someone out on a date, or they ask you, they/you assume you're committing to be in a relationship with them. Why did Jesus lie to his brothers about going to Jerusalem (John 7:8-10) Did God the Father send a lying spirit, as he did in 1 Kings? Like Father, like Son?

Why did Jesus say the ruler's daughter was not dead? (Matt 9:18-25; Luke 8:41-56) Either Jesus lied, or he performed no miracle, but the context clearly shows that it was understood to be a miracle.
