Fear of old people could be someone suffered a trama from an old person in your life sometime. Or just maybe an insult you never forgot. Or some form of abuse. Or the realization that we will all get old, which is scary.

So, what you are asking is: is there a fear of fearing old people you do not know? THAT is one strange fear.
Why would you fear people who fear old people they do not know?
I guess it may exist.
