It could be me, but it seems as if whenever I'm driving on local roads or highways, the police car is always maintaining a speed around 5-10 mph over the legal posted speed limit. Why is this?

He's gonna be 37, he works as a communications manager, likes hanging out woth his boys, playes badminton and exercises. We live apart, I'm in Czech republic and he's in UK. 2 days ago my 16 yrold ran into a man at Starbucks on her break. He asked for money,she declined,asked for a hug, she said no.The mgr. had someone walk her back to work cuz she was scared.The next day 4 hours before her shift he was at the store asking for her by name and wanting to know when she came in.He waited outside for FOUR HOURS! Mngr. told him to leave. He came back 20 min. later after changing his clothes ran into the store screaming her name and CHASED her through the store.He left before the police got there.He has since been seen ouside the store 6 times.We don't know his name so we can't go any further yet with the police. She is afraid to go to work, and even leave the house without me. (don't worry I won't let her until we know who this is) My ?? How can I help her feel safe yet continue on with her daily life?

My bathroom floor get soaking wet every time someone used that shower -- it never happens right away, but 5 min. after you leave that room the floor is soaked. I have checke the drain and put up shower guards even went as fare as adding an extra shower curtain --you know how kids are -- but the floor still gets at least an inch of water every time -- Any ideas?
