Not the brightest question, but I'll answer anyway. NO...the Secular laws tried and convicted Tookie for his crimes and religion wasn't considered and never is when it comes to meading out criminal punishment. PEACE!

Whether or not he was Jewish is completely irrelevant. The evidence of his guilty was overwhelming and his lack of remorse was obvious.
