My dad fought in WW2 and passed away a few years ago. We were told he wasn't able to get a monoment because he already has a tombstone. I didn't question it till I went to visit his grave on Memorial Day and all the war veterans had flags on thier graves provided by the cemetary to honor the vets. He didn't have a flag because he didn't have a memorial plaque. I felt just horrible for him. My father was so proud to serve in the war and yet he wasnt reconized because there was nothing to let anyone know he was a vet. There were flags on more than 100 graves and my father had nothing. I left him flowers but he deserves to be reconized, he was so proud of his military days. Any help to get him a military plaque for his tombstone (what do I need..I have his dischage papers and everything) It is horrible that he fought for us and no one cares. He was a proud man and deserves some honor. Please help.

My husband made a Will and put in the Safe deposit box. He told me that the Will was signed in front of two "friends", and that I am not to open the Will until he dies. He said the "Will" is sealed. He said, when he dies, I am to go to the safe deposit box and get it and get his two friends before I can open the Will.

Does this make sense?

I am his second wife and he does have a child with me. He also has 6 kids from his previous marriage.

I want to know:
1) Can the Will only be open in front of a laywer?

2) Why do I need his friends to be present when I open the Will?

3) Will I get in trouble if I open the Will without the lawyer when my husband dies?

I live in New York.

When I run for president I plan on making big changes (hopefully the US will be better by then and I want have to change any thong) I plan on making the nation safer for children so that they’re parents don’t have to worry abut them being abducted and hurt. I plan on peacefully bring an end to all gang violence, but if they do want to be come peaceful and I will convince congress to allow me to have the military to go in and kill all gang member no questions asked. I plan on trying to fix all government program problems such as welfare, medic care and the like. I will fight for harder immigration laws and stronger land and sea borders.

If you have, any ides about what I should fix then tell me so I may think about them
