If you followed all the light you were given you will be saved. God will know if you would accept Him if given more truth. Some people may never get a chance to know much about God. God is fair.

You should follow all the light you come in contact with. You need to search for God and for truth. If you learn of something that would lead you to a better walk with God, but you reject it and do not even check it out, you may not be given more opportunities after a while. If you repeatedly reject what you know to be truth or opportunities to learn about truth, after awhile you may not be given more opportunities and in that case you will not be saved. You will die in hell. God does not torture people for all eternity. However the second death or the death in Hell fire is permanent for all eternity. That is why in the Bible it is called eternal hell.

Hello friend,
You ask a question I suspect you already know the answer to.
But to clarify, don't make the mistake of thinking you've got until the "afterlife" to be "doomed", you're condemned right now if you've not accepted Jesus as your Savior. Jn 3:18.
You might say I'm trying to scare the Hell out of you. You'd be right!
You don't need any Hell in you, nor do you need to be in Hell.
Jesus took care of all that you know.
Don't take a foolish chance with your soul, get right wih God now while you're still on this side of Eternity.
Please read Eph. 1:18.
Blessings,
2 Tim 2:7

You are now "doomed in the afterlife." Your existence now is not life, but death. The plan of God for our salvation is to save us out of this world of the dead and restore us to the world of the Living from whence we came. So if you have not yet found the Way, then when your physical body gives up your spirit, being dead still, it will be placed in another physical body to experience the "fires of Hell" in the world of the dead again.

Yes.
God made the rules, God keeps the rules. That is why he is a righteous and just God. God made it very clear about what is expected of us on this world to make it to Heaven. "Trying" is not good enough...that is why He gave us Jesus to die in our place. Jesus paid our cover charge. God also gave us the Holy Spirit, who convicts us of our sin and draws us to Himself.

Without all this, we are doomed in the afterlife. "I was a good person", and "I tried" have never been acceptable answers. God's way is the only way...He made the rules and He keeps them.

If there is a God or supreme being out there somewhere and we didn't accept him or do the things that he asked of us. I don't think that he would hold it against us. I think that he would very much understand why we did not. Because as you were referring to all the different beliefs that are out there and all the different stories. How are we to know what is real and what is not real?

No one is doomed. God does not condemn. That is giving God humanly qualities which is belittling. God is the pure energy of unconditional love for us all. We all return to God. We are all on different paths to the same destination. Luckily, God is not as small minded as we are.

No - god is experienced in this life. the god of unconditional love knows nothing about hell, doom, judgment, etc -- those are all projections of the ego that were written down in books (and people are still projecting today).

Well - you've tried. And I'll bet you believe in God. If you have a Bible, read John 3:16.

There is only one view that will gain you salvation, Jesus Christ. He is the only way to God. You cannot hope to please God without first accepting His gift of salvation through Christ.
