I may not be able to spell it but when I travel I don't need all the water so I get a (doublay) which is 2 shots of expresso in a small cup----40 miles before you have to stop.

i really don't like starbucks , but today i had a iced white chocolate mocha, very expensive and not that great, not a pick me upper either, i prefer dunkin doughnut.

Anything but the food or any drinks with whole milk and real sugar b/c everything I just mentioned has a whole lot of FAT.
