Yes, many many people eat to comfort themselves -- it has nothing to do with obesity or even eating disorders, and is something even thin, healthy people do from time to time. If you feel like you often eat because you have a void in your life, and you are concerned about it, I'd encourage you to seek counseling from a mental health professional. They can help you learn other ways to feel better and fill that void than turning to food.

the actual incontrovertible reality that we are residing and respiration and waiting to do maximum of this stuff. the actual incontrovertible reality that we are no longer rocks and some divine twist of destiny made use who we are rather of a few inorganic atom. the very reality we can provide issues properly worth. we may be able to categorise. Its all eye-catching, the sight, the sound, the texture, the emotion, the style. Even soreness. we may be able to experience that no longer many different issues can. soreness ought to correctly be painful, yet we may be able to experience it merely as we may be able to experience chuffed. Its incredible somewhat that out of all of this we may be able to do this stuff. even if it variety of feels to suck each and every in certain situations its nonetheless incredible. random reality: in case you shoot a rabbit, it doesnt recognize why it feels soreness, it would not sign up that there is an evidence, it merely knows it feels soreness and as a reaction will run away, even if its lack of life. Shoot a human (even if or not they did not recognize what a gun develop into) it ought to understand its something released, have some variety or understanding of what to do and so on. I dont imagine this develop into suitable yet its written now... yet when youre searching for one reason it ought to easily be pie.

Size dose not matter when it comes to your own feelings. Yes, People of all shape and sizes will emotionally eat, or those whom get the "munchies". Emotional eating has no way to determine the difference. It can happen to anyone anytime.

People can eat emotionally (like when they're stressed or bored). Either way, excessive calories will eventually lead to weight gain and even obesity whether or not you are at risk for it.

Most people eat to fill voids or to satisfy their emotional state, regardless of wieght. Smokers will eat to fill the empty hand and or mouth, when they can't smoke or are trying to quit. It's referred to as habit transference. Replacing one habit with another.

I am sure they do.
I'm sure that some reach homeostasis through exercise, and some are blessed with high metabolisms (like myself).
Substance abuse (of which depressional eating is a part of by definition) takes on many forms.
