From my experience, American men like less hair than everyone else. Europeans (aside from Londoners) are much more tolerant of hair, and don't see anything wrong with lots of it. There are exceptions to everything, of course, but that seems to be generally true.

It's really amazing how a whole culture can be brainwashed over the most trivial thing, isn't it? Someone, somewhere, decided to train us to believe that body hair is bad (think about the 70's - huge chest wigs were acceptable on mainstream film/TV for male leads - not now!)...it's interesting to see that this US trend has migrated via us to the continent, but it's not yet reached completion over there, and you can still find continental ladies - very stylish and beautiful ones too - who dont even think of shaving some parts of their bodies that many US and English women couldn't imagine leaving hairy. I grew the hair on my legs as an experiment, and one sunny day was sitting by my sister on some steps, and we rolled our trousers up, and she went crackers, making all sorts of odd puking noises and screaming and shouting....I was in hysterics laughing, but I felt it was useful data in my experiment, because my sister is no fool. Anyway, I'd say if a man loves you, he'll put up with anything.

I think any hair around the bikini line would be off putting. Both to men and to women

It is VERY off putting. Some guys like a full bush and that's fine -- but even then, no one wants to see it poking out from behind the bikini. Personally, I prefer everything smooth -- then you don't have to worry about hair becoming visible if you move and bikini shifts, etc.

If a guy sees the extra hairs around your bikini line, he has a "touch down" already!! He does not think about hairs rather he is concentration on the "cave and fountain that feeds the hairs"!!

I don't think that there is anything wrong with a woman going natural.

However, I agree with the others that in a bathing suit, you ought to trim or wear a swim suit that sits lower so that you don't have hair sticking out.

I like a woman, who's got a landing strip. Just a strip of well trimmed hair, above......you know where. Everyone's different, though. Why don't you ask your partner, instead of us??????
