Neighbors have a HUGE weeping willow that has been falling apart in chunks. Am I responsible for any part of it ? Trunk is clearly on there property but the top hangs on my side too?

i m a boy.when i was study in the hight school. i made a english name for myself. it's call "loss". and i just like it. and i use it for my MSN nick name and a lot of friend of mine call me loss. (their english is not good too.) but now i m grow. i realize that "loss" is mean to loss something or drop something. i think it's unlucky. i'm very upset for this. a few days later i maybe go to u.s.a for a tour. and i dont want people think my name is strange. so can you help me to made a anther name for me? thanks you very much.

Hi. I got some bad news yesterday. My PC is ~ 5.5 years old, and the hard drive (HD) has developed "bad sectors." Apparently, whenever the HD operates and it "hits" a bad sector, it then "skips" and creates MORE of them... So, I bought a replacement hard drive last night.

I'm somewhat computer literate, by the way (Minor in Computer Applications).

I'm pretty sure that I can "copy over" my data files, with no problem. My questions are:

1. What about the "hidden" files? Do I try and click on "C:" and create a "mirror" of the drive, on my new E:?

2. How about installing the operating system (Windows 2k)? Do that from CDs?

3. Lastly, how do I let the computer / BIOS know, that once I have Win 2K up on my E:, that I want to use that as my start-up (I think "master") drive? Please be DETAILED, in your reply!

Thanks a lot for any guidance you can provide!

My bf and I have been together on and off for 6 years, we have been through many ups and downs in our relationship...but one of the downs that still haunt me is when he cheated on me early on in our relationship. When he cheated on me and I found out I broke up with him and then over time things got better and we worked it out. Somewhere along the way I found out that the girl he cheated on me with got pregnant...and it was his. The kid is probably about 5 or 6 years old now...and I am worried that maybe in the future he may come back into our lives...don't children tend to come looking for their biological parents?

Note: We intend to get married sometime soon, and I am worried that that kid will come into our lives when he is older and I dunno what to do....

Hi am learning italian..I've got this nagging doubt where i should use "il" and where i should use "la" before the words..
for beer its la birra
for dog its il cane
Y is it so???
How do i know that for this english word i should use la while translating or il while translating..
Pl help and clear my doubt..

Hi well my Dog is a lab he is one years old We are training him in a school in Columbia SC for search and Rescue and Kadiving.. We feed him 3 weel balanced meals a day with special dog food from the clinic and he is a inside dog during the night and roams free in our 8 acres during they day. We take him out the lake to jump off the dock and catch his favorite dummy toy which is 20 lbs since he is still only a year old and then we take a life vest and have him pull me in slowly then i let go when he gets tired ( all recommended by the Instructor) I had a man at the lake tell me he was going to report me for DOG ABUSE!!! He is loved and well well cared for i mean he has his own fund to go to school on and have free medical whenever he needs it for the rest of his life i was just wondering I mean does that guy have the right or will they prove him wrong with the info i have given?
