I really want to exercise but I find I don't have any energy.

I am really trying to get fit.

In the last 7 months I have quit smoking (YEAH!!!!), stopped drinking pop (thought I never would--I was a Pepsi finatic), and stopped buying any junk food, ex.-- chips, cookies, etc.

Now if I could only get moving.
I think the pounds will just drop off.
I have increased my water from 0 zero glasses to buying cases of bottled water and actually like drinking it.

I really need to just get out and start walking or something but I just don't have the needed energy.

I also have began eating lots of fruit and veggies daily.
I am serious.

I suffer from excrutiating MIGRAINES and I want to be healthy and live a long life.
I have been in so much pain during my life. I feel I have lost so much time while trying to deal with these Migraines.

I feel now is the time for me to get my life back.

So please help me with some good ideas. No wise cracks.

Seriously.

okay...i always hear that you stop growing after your period. i heard 6 months ( from a docter) and 2 yr ( from a science teacher) but also most places ( including my mother) say you stop growing around 16 (for girls) which is right?????? because they cant all be. ( please only answer if you actually know)

My 15yr old son just recently graduated from a Christian School that he was sent to for his behavior problems. I thought this would also help with the other problems 1 being, that he thinks he might be gay (he was also sexually abused) and the other is that alot of times he acts alot younger then his real age. I am a mother that is so lost and so angry, and so hurt. I don't really know what to do anymore. He blurts, and tells things, and acts like a child in alot of ways. I took him to work with me one day to a major hospital, for I had to deliver some papers to a police officer there in the building, I told him to stand next to the wall and I would be right back, mind you I never left his sight, but I turned my head for a second and he is sitting on the floor taking off his shoes, its not all the time that he acts this way, just sometimes. I don't want to sound harsh but I have raised my kids and now I just feel so overwhelmed with it all. Anyone have any advise...My patience is gone.

My dads father sexually abused me when i was 6 and it just came out now after it happened to my sister . My dad acts like he dosent give a crap he brings out the "forgiveness"right from the start . He still treats him the same... I didnt want him to never talk to his dad again but he barely blinked an eye. I just wish he would of stood up for me. Then i find out my grandma is talking about me to my little sister saying it was my fault grandpa did this to me. He still tells me that he would like me to see him.

my bank lloyds tsb says i can't get a solo card because i don't work ( i get income support and dla) but i have a fair bit of money going in the bank and i don't like having to carry alot of money around with me i.e for when i go shopping and in this day and age u never know if ur gonna get robbed so wouldn't it be better for me to have a solo card as u can't get overdrawn on it, i tried to tell my bank but they said i need to be working but dla class as working??????

Has the death of your parents changed the relationship that you have with your siblings? It has for me. My brother and I became closer. My step sister's true feelings of jelousy came out. She did not live with us, and her true colors are now showing. What makes it even worse, she is executor of the trust. My parents trusted her to do the right things. But she is power hungry now, and has thrown alot of my mothers things away. She has the right to lock down my parents house, and she even changed the locks. My parents would be turning over in their graves if they new what she was doing ! And it's all legal !!!
I never thought this would happen to my family. It just goes to show you, that you never really know someone. Power and greed sure make people cold and uncaring. I don't think I will ever talk to her again !
Has anyone else ever been threw anything like this before??

My haircut is based of of Ashley Tisdale's, you know, the big side bang, and all.

I'm out of updos that I can do to my hair, so i NEED some help

please don't say the poof, cuz i do that all the time, although i want to do the huge poof where you do a 1/2 ponytail, leave the bangs down, and poof the 1/2 ponytail hair on top, but i can't get it, so if u can tell me how to do that, it'll be SO MUCH appreciated!!

my hair is wavy, but i usually straighten it, so i would like updos that would go with both
