All that I can remember about is there is a family that goes away on a sailboat and a storm sinks the ship and they are forced to live in the life boat for some time. there were two sons and a daughter that didn't end up going with them. I don't know who the actors were or when it was made. I think it was a true story.

When the one you love has torn your heart apart?
She was the love of my life, she made my heart sing,
with her, it felt like I could accomplish anything.
We did everything together, shared our laughs and even cried.
We were inseparable, the dynamic duo, side by side.
It felt like everything was right, and nothing could go wrong,
like life was a great place, and played a beautiful song.
just looking at her put a huge smile on my face,
she was a good person with style, beauty, and grace.
I loved her, she was my favorite girl,
I wanted to give her everything, diamonds and pearls.
Who knew that something so good could go so wrong,
The relationship was near an end, and brought something scary along.
She told me she was seeing another guy and she didn't want to see me anymore,
it was like she grabbed my heart and threw it on the floor.
She never knew how much pain she made me feel,
Love hurts, and that’s what I know is for real.
It's okay 'cause I know life goes on and I know I'll live,
but why did she have to be so intensive?

My wife used to physically abuse me but now it's only
verbal. Over the years it has lessened (I think) or maybe i have
growbn accustomed to it. Anyway, I see a trail of emotional bashing
towards my children. I have been reluctant to divorce becasue I was
afraid she would get custody and then they would be unprotected,
wheras now I can console them afterwards. But I think I have enough
documentation now that I may get custody if I "go to war".
Now my wife seems to have been abusive less frequently, although I
know it's a matter of time befor ethe next explosion. She has refused
to go to the doctor and get medicine. I think she is bipolar/manic
depressive. We've been to several counselors but she always quits
going whenever they finally realize SHE needs to be responsible.
The other thing that has held me back from divorce is my strong
religious convictions. Yet I don't want to allow my kids to be
subject to her wrath. So tell me: should I stay or should I go?

I have been reading my bible everyday but my bf still gets frustrated with me because I don't always interperet some of the passages the same way he does.

I have found that I can read the same part over and over again and depending on my situation that day whats going on in my life it has meant different things to me to get through the good and the bad times

It is very serious about his christianity and I love how passionate he is about it.

are there any sites out there that will clarify christianity to me? Help me get a better understanding of where he is coming from?

okay. my family and i dont go to church. but i am religious. i was elected FCA secretary for this coming up year. as a duty, i have to bring guest speakers to speak at the meetings. since my family and i dont go to church, i dont know any other religious adult speakers. i talked with my mom and she said to just talk to my sponser. but i feel like im letting my sponser down and everyone else. see, in the form i sign i said that i went to church and could get guest speakers. i guess i wanted a position so bad that i lied. i am very religious and pray to god to forgive me and help me out of this. what should i tell my sponser? that we dont go to church anymore and my family is not religious? i feel awful and wish that i never ran. please help me.
