I think you would be shocked to be hit by lightning no matter what you were wearing when it struck.

The shock you recieve from lightening would actually come from the ground, when the potential through you to the clouds containing a lack of electrons becomes so great that it draws them up. Rubber is a dielectric, and thus, is not a natural conductor, however anything will conduct when biased with enough electrical potential. The lightning would 'strike' at another location which provided less resistance.

Indeed, rubber is an insulator, but air is also! In fact, air is one of the best insulators and would be better than the rubber you would have on you. Since, the electric potential between the ground and the sky is strong enough to overcome the dielectric properties of thousands of feet of air, an inch or two of rubber is not going to make much of a difference.
The ability of rubber to hold static charge makes no difference with susceptability to lightning.

IF you were covered in rubber, I would have sincere suspicions as to what you were up to, and it would have nothing to do with rain or lightening. On the other hand, you might make yourself MORE susceptable to a strike .... rubber is very good at collecting static electricity, and that is what lightening is...a discharge of static electricity. Keep the rubber in the bedroom, stay out from under trees when it rains. And listen to your mommy.

I don't know...
Maybe it depends on the voltage of the lightning and the rubber too...
But rubber is an insulator.

Yes you would. A Faraday cage is your best protection from lightning; a vehicle is a reasonable approximation of one. Get inside and don't touch anything made of metal.

You'd certainly shock me if I saw you covered in rubber! What kind of a guy do you think I am?

YES!! Your body would be covered in sweat.. and sweat is a great conductor of lightning!!!
ok.. seriously... if lightning strikes you... yer gonna feel it!!!

yes if your feet were touching the ground you would be grounded to a conducter of electricity
