Try your local post office. Tell them you have moved, and that you need to tell voter registration that you have moved and would like to know where your voting district is. Someone there will tell you where you need to go to do this. They may even have a form for you to fill out to change your voting information. Do this as soon as possible so that you don't have to miss out on voting.
Another place to check out would be the IRS office nearest you, since tax booklets contain the proper forms that are needed to submit your voter registration. Once that the information is received by the proper authority, you should get a notification of the place, and address where you are allowed to vote. Possibly a local school, or other venue that has the space to accommodate the registered voters within that area. Good luck, and remember to vote this November.

In the USA, one can contact the Tax Assessor and Collector or Elections Administrator in the county you reside in and a voter registration change will be processed for you.

Probably the Courthouse in the County Seat. Google "voter registration" for your county--you should find something.

Do you have a town hall? I would go there to ask them. Every city/town is different and I would ask the people that actually arrange it. Try the town hall first and they may direct you somewhere else.
