What is your experience of christian contemplative prayer?
I find some where quite if possible but not always. I close my eyes and offer the silence up for some intentions. I then hang with the Lord in the silence. I often feel a sense of peace and love from the Lord, When I have given talks and have done this type of prayer before giving the talk it has given fuel to what I have said.

I try to do this type of prayer for at least an hour every day - I like hanging with the Lord.

he told me he hates me, and told me to find a new job, or he will fire me.
he then told me i was going from 15 to 12 an hour.
I have been there 3 years, never been late and never missed a day. No write ups or any diciplinary actions whatsoever, just plain hates me, and told me so.

Please don't mention anyone online, I need simple yet powerful program to build websites with Style sheets but I don't know how to right a code for style sheet, websites like msn, yahoo or gamespot. not too hard like Dreamweaver, and by the way, whats the best out there?

my resume has dental assistant 2005-2006, dental assistant 2001-2005, Flight attendant 2001 (sept 11 put us out of business) and medical assistant 1999-2001------ If i list them all ill be getting into two pages, should i remove the flight attendant job since i only did it for a very short period of time (like 4 mos) and has really nothing to do with the medical field? or should i keep it and go into two pages?

If my divorce agreement does not say any restrictions on me and my daughter moving, does that mean we can? I want to move 5 hours south but still in GA. I am just worried that my ex might get upset and decide he wants to get her for half the year. I want to move but it is not worth losing my daughter for 1/2 of the year! Plus I would fear for her b/c he is an unfit parent (smokes pot, drinks alot, leaves our 5 yr old outside to play with no adult supervision...only other kids. He owes me $1,700 in child support and is still only paying some of it when he wants to)...I have turned it over to child support enforcement but here it is almost 6 months later and they have yet to do anything about it, and they have all of his info, ss#, job info, address, ect. Plus in 2004 he commited an act of family violence and he was arrested and charged, is on probation and had to pay fines. Do I have anything to worry about? Oh and in our divorce agreement there is a vistation schedule for us to fall back upon just in case we cant agree. It rotates the holidays by even odd years and gives her dad every other weekend with her, if I move 5 hours away how will that work?

i came home and brought my best friend who happens to be woman i took her hand and led her to my house to see my gf and we all sat down and started talking i grabbed my friend by the waist and ask if she wants a soda she says sure and come with me as we walked out of the kictine i made a joke and she started laughing and my gf heard her laughand seemed kinda jelous i tould her that i knew jenny since i was five and that shes just a friend but i have a feeling she doesnt belive me.

i have 40lbs to lose and i plan on buying the nutrisystem meals that i know you are supposed to suppliment with fruit and veggies.
i need the convenience of not having to prepare meals as i am very busy right now and need the ease of prepared diet meals. anyway i'm wondering can i drink diet sodas like "fresca"? i only usually drink water and nothing else, but i do love fresca and it is sugarless. i have heard that the "fake" sugar is bad for a diet and that the carbonation is not good also? i love water, but it does get boring and where as soda isn't as refreshing as water is is a nice change and tastes good. anyone else out there that has done nutrisystem and has a slow thyroid like me? has it worked for you? i find it very hard to lose weight with hypothyroidism even while taking replacement therapy. just curious.
