I live in a small town in Indiana and my granddaughter's parents are not married and we the grandparents have no rights whats so ever. I am only allowed to see her(granddaughter) when she comes to our home and with her mother I am not allowed to hold her or even babysit her. If we are all in a family setting ex. wedding reception I am total ignored and given the death look if I go near her. We never did anything wrong and stuck up for this girl when she was pregnant , when her parents didnt. We defended her when ever anyone said something wrong about her. But now my granddaughter is going to be 1 yrs old and it breaks my heart so much that I know I can not be involved in her life. Why and what can i do ??

Lately I have been in this repititive rut of consistently lying about pretty much anything and everything (I think I may have an issue with that. Is there an illness or something in which I would compulsively lie?) I have also been doing unfair things to my friends, and cheating on my boyfriend.
I have done a lot of things that I am ashamed of, and it seems like bad things keep coming ot me out of Karma. So then I continue the cycle and keep doing bad things.
I just need some help.
How can I clean up my act and acheive better Karma?

I've got some seeds of grapefruit and I want to plant them on my yard. We have no grapefruits here although is a tropical country. Shall I plant the seed on a pot first or just put into the ground.

Here's my Question under the 14th Amendment/ If they can use Video in a jail /Booking Area, and convict someone for assaulting an officer!!/ shouldn't you be able to VINDICATE SOMEONE BY USING VIDEO in another Facility,(jail)/ So an Officer can't Fabricate the Commission of an offence. So What I'm saying is under Equal Protection if your in a booking area in a jail you should also be able to be vindicated to,by Video /Right EQUAL PROTECTION plz give me your input on the situation

Even if you've signed up to be a computer operator, you still have to go through the nightmare of boot camp. Remember, you can get a head start on making rank if you do well.

A program that will get you ready should include activities similar in effect to what you will go through. Despite its propaganda, the military relies too much on the level of compatibility already achieved by the recruit in civilian life. There is no shock therapy there--if boot camp comes as a shock to you, it will leave you permanently straggling.

1. Watch a clock for at least an hour and immediately write down each time a minute passes (or something equally tedious).
2. Stand up for an hour, staring at a wall.
3. Do or eat something that will make you throw up.
4. Fast for two days. Loaf while you're doing it, no need to overwhelm yourself in these preliminaries.
5. Go without sleep for 48 hours.
6. Join a fraternity just to go through Hell Week.

What is the deal with Models now a day? I look through magazines and all I see are these super skinny women. Some of them are so skinny I cant hardly stand to look at them or the product they are selling because it just looks painful, to be that thin. And before anyone says it I am not jealous I am perfectly happy with my body I am 5'3" and weigh 117lbs. I just dont think it sends a real positive message to young people ,when everywhere they look there are these women who are like 5'10" and weigh about 100lbs, it's gross!
