Carne desebrada is tender beef that is "pulled" or hand-shredded and then chilled with fresh tomatoes in a lime vinaigrette.

Carne desebrada means just "shredded meat".

carne desebrada is pulled pork or beef. You're right it's my favorite. Just cook a pork roast in the oven or a slow cooker for a long time and when it's tender, pull the meat from the roast with a fork. You'll have to add stuff, but I don't know what.
I have a genius idea. Find a recipe online, you're here already.

There is a recipe for machaca which is carne desebrada (beef) with more ingredients like pepper, onion.

With the carne desebrada you can also make tacos, tostadas, burritos, but i only used beef not pork.
