Is it possible to sneeze while peeing and not stop peeing when the sneeze occurs?

People pee during sneezes because their muscles are weak.
I dont know about guys but for women all you have to do is squeeze you vaginal muscles, hold for about ten seconds and let go.
Practicing this will strengthen your vaginal muscles and prevent you from peeing while you sneeze

Maybe if you are a female. Never tried before, haven't ever heard this. I do know your heart skips a beat when you sneeze, and you HAVE to close your eyes! So you BETTER NOT sneeze and pee at same time!!

when the sneeze occurs,ur pee flow stops for a very short time second,right before the flow increases.i think

what a question... when you sneeze it puts pressure on the abdomen. if you are urinating, it would only force it out more as you are sneezing.
