i just graduated college and am struggling to pay my student loans. i have a wife and two kids. befor i went to college, i tried to get in the navy army and marines, but i was turned away. I was told to get my ear fixed i had to get a eardrum patched up. this was 8 years ago. I just met up with a recruiter and i am supposed to go to the MEPS next month. it is hard for me to get a hold of my recruiter. he is in another state. I chose him because i met him on a personal level before, so i know he wont try to lie or anything like that. I am still a little skeptical that when i go to MEPS they will find that my hearing isnt good enough although I have all the documents from my doctor and a cleared note from him to join the military. I am still a little skeptical of my hearing. do you think my recruiter wont call me back because he knows something about my hearing that i dont know, or do you think it is because he lives so far, about 250 miles. please explain. i am very nervousiwantthisbad
