Just drink good old tap water, i assure you it's fine. In many cases, the municipal water supply is subject to tighter controls over harmful trace minerals than bottled.

Mineral water retains the taste. Pure H2o has an unattractive taste.

Generally speaking, everyone body will be absent of some mineral, so I think mineral water will be enough you on this absence in some of fields,but I don't' think they will let you kidneys stone. Purified water had proceeded many time by machine,most of the elements were got rid of,I think it's dirty water. Do you think your natural air breathed dairy is not good than purified oxygen?
