I think i may be pregnant because my period is a week and a half late and my breasts are sore...and i know fatigue is a sign of pregnancy but for the last few nights i have been unable to sleep...i can't seem to get comfortable and just as i start to doze off i wake up again...can this be a pregnancy symptom?

There was a recent post about a young woman who graduated in Nevada and had the microphone turned off during her graduation speech because she was thanking God for her success. Many Christians stood in condemnation of the school for turning off her microphone and said she had every right to express her "belief." Someone even said, if people don't want to listen, they didn't have to.

Therefore, I pose an alternative question for those who answered that question: What if it was a gay guy speaking about how his boyfriend had helped him in graduating?

Many people give thanks to their significant others during graduation. Would you same Christians that said this young girl should be allowed to speak her beliefs, be content listening to a young guy thank his boyfriend for his support? And continue on attributing his success to overcoming obstacles of being gay and having been opressed by Christianity? I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this point of view.

God is our only pastor. God desires that we all will be priest who serve our God. we are all brothers and God is our only father not the so called father or reverent. they put themselves equal with God. Jesus is the head of the church not them.

I guess you could say this is a personal preference type of thing. I have fished with guys that were obsessed with catching bass or walleye and fished for only that all day long and caught maybe 1 fish or got skunked. That doesn't seem fun to me. I like to mix it up. Let's hear some opinions or personal preferences.

The Middle East isn't exactly the most comfortable place on earth. Maybe the climate is what makes people who live there prone to killing each other over who has the better sky pixie {tm}.

Why not make it Anarctica while you are at it? How about the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean?

Now, I ask this: The Bible states that Jesus was crucified on Friday, died, and was removed from the cross around 3pm. On Sunday morning, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and found it empty - Jesus was ressurected. Now, Friday at 3pm to Sunday at 3pm would only be TWO days...but he was found to be ressurected in the morning...so it was closer to ONE AND A HALF DAYS that Jesus was "dead". Even if we include Thursday (the day he was jailed), as one of you suggested this was the time in which he said he would "be inside the earth" (presumably in an underground cell), we know that Jesus was arrested Thursday night. Thursday night to Sunday morning is still only TWO and A HALF days (at most), not three....
IS this not a glaring contradiction??? Does not the OT say that the savior would rise after three days??

With the media focused on the rape/murder indictments of 4 U.S. soldiers in Iraq, what happened to the story about the Marines who allegedly massacred an Iraqi family last month, which included children, ages one-year-old and up?

You have met a woman online and feel an instant connection to her, you feel that you are soul mates, and she agrees. You want to marry her and have discussed wether or not to have kids. You chat on the phone with her every few days, but on her last call to you she was short and had to hang up. She has apologized for that via leaving a message on your phone, she has also text messaged you asking if you are okay. Why would she not hear from you?

According to Amnesty International, more than 166 citizens have died after being tasered by the police and in most of the situations, the suspect wasnt threatening to police. Tasers are bing used on citizens for small reasons where as in the days before tasers, police officers would have to negotiate, nowadays its taser the person first then ask questions.

My sister was killed in a car accident on 4th July weekend. I am trying to figure out the results of the investigation. It happened in Alabama (Wetumpka) AKA Small town USA...I'd like to know the toxicology results of the driver that killed her who did survive. I am afraid that the results will be jaded by small town politics and who knows who in the town. All ideas are welcome. What can I research online.

If there is no such thing as a "greater sin," and God sees a sin as a sin no matter what, then why do we (a Christian society) condemn a murderer or a rapist while treating those who have extra-marrital sex as a member of everyday society? I'm not saying that an adulterer should get the same punishment as a murderer, but if we are supposedly setting up laws based on values and morals, then wouldn't it make sense to do so? I see this as a flaw in the "no such thing as a greater sin" statement. I believe there are sins that are considered worse than others. Let me know what you think.
