I went to lawyer to ask recompense for the permanent damage of my health because of her evil deed before 20 years. However, the lawyer said to me that I have right for that but I should have to demand that in the period of 3 years.
This year she has again disturbed me on Internet. According to Law, I do not have any right here because I was sending emails and because I was insulting her also.
However, the mental damage caused of her remains. What should I do? is this intrusion of her privacy?

How do you get your husband to do something?

I need to get my husband in the mood to start fixing up our house again. We bought a fixer upper in december of 05 and we worked on it a little for the first month or two and now I can't seem to get him motivated again. Used to I would get started and then he would take over and start working on it but that doesn't work anymore. We have two bathrooms and they are horrible and I want him to fix them. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get him motivated again? He knows how to do the stuff becasue thats what he does for a living. I have begged him to start on the bathrooms and he says I will, but WHEN? I know I need to make him think that it is his idea but how do I do that? Please help!!! My bathrooms are driving me insane.

What's a decent camera??

I would like to buy a digital camera... however, I have no idea what would be a decent camera for a good price. I'm interested in the "technical stuff" -- numbers and the such. I'd like to use this camera to dabble into a bit of "serious" photography; not stuff like taking pictures of friends and on trips.

birds keep eating my berries?

outside of putting nets on all the berry bushes, is there a method that at least helps keep the birds off... they are eating them all. Ive planted so many and they destroying any chance of me selling any if they eat all the good ones
