Jesus said:
"I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life...."
" I am come that they might have Life and have it more ABUNDANTLY".
The purpose of life is to find your fulfilment in a relationship with your Maker through Jesus Christ.
Ask him; Jesus is the only one who can remove all the shame and guilt and condemnation of sin, and restore us to the fFather.
"Ask and ye shall receive that your joy may be full". - Jesus

This Love is a Hard question and is one of those deep ones that doesn't really have an answer, or at least not ONE correct one.
I'm 15 and believe I think about it all the time. I wonder what I am here for and if I will make a difference in the world. Are we here for a purpose or just a passing tourist on the road trip called life.?.
Its difficult to say, for me I know that right now my purpose is school. But that won't always be the case.
Some people will tell you that GOD is how we will find the meaning of life, but who is to say really? I don't believe that one person can give you a single correct answer!
If your a person with a sense of humor you might want to rent Monty Pythons: The meaning of life. Its funny but has a meaning to it.
In the end I think that the purpose of life, if not anything more deep and complex, is just to live well be kind, find love and do what makes you happy. Live each day as if its your last and always take the extra scoop of ice cream. I think that even though life has its hard times, it makes us realize the good!
I hope you find what your looking for, and enjoy every moment you can!
Peace.Love.Hope
-Lynn

Read some books by Paulo Coelho. They are extremely thought provoking and urge you to find your own purpose in life. The Alchemist is really good. Although it [they] is/are fiction, you will read them again and again. In some respects I think it helps you focus on what is important and what is just not quite so important - you know, like why get wound up about something which in the bigger picture (and I dont mean the world and God and all that), is actually really insignificant. Not sure if that helps or not, but hope you find 'your' purpose.

Only a human being could ask a question like that. I am not being patronising, I think that it is a good question. We humans always need a reason, an explanation. Perhaps our physical life has no purpose, per se, except to test/prepare us for the spiritual life to come. When we ask, " what is the meaning of life"? we are generally looking for an explanation to the physical life. It almost suggests, looky here God, unless you tell me what its all about, I'm not sure I want to play. Of course, he won't provide the answer, because then we wouldn't require faith.

I find the purpose of life is living! To live each and every moment to the most. To have a passion in life, people, job sport etc. To do what ever makes you happy. Surely life is about being happy. Love life, cause life loves You!!!!

here is one of many possible answers to this question, before we lived in this life the soul was with God. we were all there when Satan rebelled against God millions of years ago, so God made man flesh also to see how we would act independent of God, to see whose side we would be on in a different environment, if we would vainly follow after the desires of our simplistic flesh nature, or strive to let our higher intellect and intuitive knowledge of good guide our lives. No one really knows the exact answer, check out the bad religion song "The answer". life is a mystery, maybe its best that way, if we knew it all that would not be as inters ting.

As far as we know, we only live once, and our span of time in existence is relatively brief. How would you like to spend the precious time you have?
In my view, that's the question. No one can tell you the purpose of your life. You must find it, or make it, for yourself.

The purpose of life is to beb happy but spiritually I mean if you search for all the wrong things your going to get something you never wanted. Honestly if you pray to the right GOD you will get the answer because GOD know's you like a book from head to to toe and he talks to you trust me I know cause guides me everyday and talks to me.
